Preparing shipments

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain.

We prepare your order with great care and dedication, so we need between 1-3 days to have it ready. 

Remember that if you place your order on a national, regional, or local holiday or on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods.

To find out when your order is shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We'll send you a shipping confirmation for your order, and you'll also receive an email when it's processed.

Delivery times

All orders to Orders to the Peninsula will be delivered within 3-4 business days from the date the order leaves our warehouse. These delivery times may vary due to delivery issues such as the recipient's absence, incorrect address, etc.

The Shipments to the Balearic Islands and internationally (Europe) usually take 5-10 business days.

IMPORTANT: Delivery times may be affected during periods of high sales volume such as Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs in Spain and Portugal (Peninsula) They cost €5 (home delivery). Shipping costs will be free with Orders over €50.00

For the Balearic Islands , shipping costs are €7.50 (home delivery). If the order is over €64.99 Shipping costs will be free.

The cost of shipping to Europe It will depend on the country in question. Once you've entered the shipping address and added the products you want, the shipping costs will be calculated.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any customs charges that may arise with shipments.

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details about these fees, please contact your local customs office.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once your order is on its way, no changes to the address are possible. So, when we send you your order confirmation, please check that all information is correct to avoid delivery issues and/or unnecessary charges.

I haven't received my order. What do I do?

Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

There are two main reasons why you haven't received your package:

● Incorrect or incomplete address: In this case, we recommend always checking that the address you entered is correct. The shipping company will contact you using the phone number you entered at checkout to obtain more information.

● Failed delivery attempts: If you are not at home, we will contact you to arrange delivery. If we are unable to contact you and more than 14 business days have passed since the first delivery attempt, we will initiate arrangements to return the item to our offices. We recommend checking all text messages, calls, and emails.

What happens if delivery is not possible?

When an order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond CR Cosmetics' control and more than 14 business days have passed since the first delivery attempt, the package is returned to our offices. We will automatically refund the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days of receiving your order, excluding the costs incurred for shipping and returning the package.

Holidays

Non-working days at our logistics center for 2022. Orders are not prepared on these days, so orders will be delayed until the next business day. We apologize for the inconvenience:
