Return and refund policy

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

You can return any products you want and we'll issue you a refund or a check for their value.

To do this, we need you to provide your order number , the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return . Our Customer Service team will review the request and send you instructions if the return is approved.

If the return is due to reasons not attributable to CR Cosmetics (for example, you have changed your mind or there was an error in the product selection), you must send us the product in perfect condition, unopened and unused , and in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.

Important:

  • If the product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
  • A €10 handling fee will be deducted from all returns that are not due to product errors or defects.
  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will issue the corresponding refund (excluding the handling fee).

If the product has been opened , you can send it to our warehouse and we will issue you a check for the amount, less the €10 processing fee.

Non-returnable products include items purchased through third parties, makeup products, and those damaged due to misuse. CR Cosmetics reserves the right to deny any return.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

If you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days via our contact page and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Subject: Return or exchange
  • Photo or video of the defective product
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact phone number

Once approved, we'll cover the return and/or exchange costs, and we'll refund you the full amount or replace it at no additional cost .


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refund processing may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. We'll send you an email confirming the refund once it's processed.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned product or cancellation request .


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and the modification you wish to make.

Please note that if your order has already been packed or shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel it .
