What if you can't receive your order?
1 . You have two delivery attempts.
2. If these are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
3. Once there, we will contact you to confirm if you want us to resend the order, or cancel it.
4 . In the case of a new forwarding, you will have to pay the new shipping costs. In the case of canceling the order, we will refund the amount of the order, discounting the corresponding shipping and return costs.
